Cross-Border Mission
ZC Consulting is more than an advisory brand: it is a platform for cross-border action.

ZC Consulting is more than a consulting firm.
We are a strategic hub connecting Asian supply chains with the EU market.
As EU regulations reshape the global supply chain landscape,
we stand at the intersection of two worlds, turning compliance risks into market advantages.
ZC stands for Zeelandia Consulting.
In 1624, Zeelandia marked the beginning of the connection between Taiwan and Europe.
Four hundred years later, the routes of global trade are changing again.
What once carried spices and silk now carries emissions data and supply chain due diligence.
History has continued; the rules have evolved.
ZC carries this mission forward:
reopening the golden route to Europe for
Asian businesses in a new global order.
Using MBB-level strategic frameworks, we turn EU regulations such as CBAM and CSDDD from cost pressures into competitive barriers. Compliance can do more than protect your business: it can create pricing power.
We work with EU lawyers to analyse legal provisions, enforcement logic, and grey-area risks in detail, building a defensible compliance framework that goes beyond meeting requirements.
Automated monitoring and supply chain data cleansing improve assessment efficiency by 300%. We transform compliance from a labour-intensive process into automated infrastructure.
Founder of Zeelandia Consulting B.V., Poyen builds compliance bridges for Asian businesses entering Europe. He specialises in turning complex EU requirements, including CBAM, PPWR, and CE marking, into business competitiveness. He believes genuine sustainability requires systematic organisational transformation rather than short-term fixes, helping clients achieve lasting change from within.
As the driving force behind ZC, Poyen connects Asian manufacturing with the European business ecosystem. Specialising in international expansion strategy and the practical implementation of EU requirements, he has helped dozens of Asian companies overcome cultural barriers and establish a presence in the Netherlands. In 2025, he served as the 32nd President of TBA-NL, helping Taiwanese businesses connect with EU legal and strategic expertise.
“Backed by a Team of 20 Experts”
He leads a multidisciplinary team of nearly 20 specialists, including EU practising lawyers, supply chain directors, ESG analysts, and IT cybersecurity consultants, providing comprehensive strategic compliance support.
Her expertise spans three areas. In geospatial analysis, she combines GIS with supply chain data to build traceability processes aligned with EU regulations such as EUDR. Environmental risk maps visualise risk indicators and strengthen the rigour and transparency of ESG reporting.
In automated data processing, she uses Python and SQL to build consistent database structures, maintain digital data chains that meet third-party verification standards, and optimise LCA and carbon footprint calculations through automation.
In EU sustainability reporting, she compiles reporting materials aligned with CSRD, quantifies stakeholder data to inform materiality assessments, and translates technical indicators into commercially meaningful narratives.
